Terrific Teacher and Terrific Terrapin

This week’s Terrific Teacher at CREECS is Ms. Christy Dawsey

Ms. Christy has many wonderful attributes and is an important part of our CREECS family. Her top character traits are that she is easy-going, firm but fair, and loves to show cheesy videos.

One student said, “This teacher is kind to her students, helps them if they need help, and is really funny. She always makes learning easy and fun, she explains what we need to do so that everyone will understand what lesson we're doing and what we're doing in that lesson. She always does fun experiments for science that make everyone excited and happy. That is why I think Ms.Christy should be the teacher of the week.

Congratulations to this week’s student nominees for Terrific Terrapin.  

They are Brianna Ackerman, Savanna Clark, and Liv Swenson. 

This week’s winner is Brianna Ackerman and here is what was said about her: 

“It has been so much fun to watch this student blossom into a reading and math whiz.  Her dedication and work ethic are beyond compare.  She always puts forth her best effort and never lets a challenge get in her way. When the going gets tough....this student gets going. Furthermore, she is a wonderful friend.  She is kind and caring and her smiley, bubbly personality lights up any classroom.  This student is friendly, hard-working, and caring. This is why I think, HANDS DOWN,  she should be this week's Terrific Terrapin.”
